Main dish was spicy roasted chicken with cayenne pepper and paprika. I made fresh corn coleslaw, with what I had in the fridge but used a fresh lemon instead of bottled lemon juice. I had a salad made from romaine lettuce, fresh basil, fresh red tomatoes, some red onion, mandarin orange sections, pine nuts, dried cranberries, and a safflower oil and vinegar dressing topped with sea salt and crushed black pepper. I served red potatoes (quartered) and drenched with olive oil, then sprinkled with parsley, dill, rosemary and oregano, topped with sea salt and crushed black pepper. I made desert with Amaretto and Ginger Ale and homemade vanilla ice cream.

Dec 28

In our life the people should have a self confident. now a days the people should not have the self confident. the confident level is very lack. The people should come up in their life. everyone should have the confident. for example i had more confident in myself thats why i got state level. so if we think anything in our life we should achieve it. so you need more confident to do that. if you want to achieve that you have to face many problems and you are ready to face that problem again and again. Then only you will achieve it. Also our aim is most important that should be very positive and good way. It should not effect anyone life. and if you think it is good and you can do you go ahead. you think always positively and confidently. It is helpful to everyone. give always best and good without effect anyone life. be confident it is very useful to your life. and your life is your special gift use it in a good way then u will become a successful person. achieve everything you wish. and success is a journey it is not a destination. no life is so hard that you can’t make it easier by the way you take it. Be confident always…
Single Mother AKA SUPERMOM
Dec 25
I am a single mother, divorced by choice, but the divorce included a Victims Protection Order if that tells you anything. Shortly after my divorce I ended up back with my parents, with everything in my life a mess, but I just kept trying, maybe just maybe I would get it right. Next thing I know my daughter was diagnosed with autism. My first reaction was denial, then shock, then OMG what am I going to do now. It took my 5 years to do it, but through night classes and lots of patience with my daughter, I have my Associates degree. Two more years, and I am anticipating my graduation this December with my Bachelors Degree, pending passing Chemical Toxicology. I work 40 hours a week, taking 21 hours in order to complete my degree this December, and thank my family and friends everyday for giving me the support that I need to make it to the next day. And I am now counting down the days, because when I walk across the stage, with my daughter watching, I will know that I have finally gotten it right.
My Pet Dog
Dec 21
I would like to tell about my pet dog, which is not only my pet; he is also my best friend. Little things we do together really are memorable moments for me. The little pranks I play on him, the little things he do are such a big moments for me. Where ever I go, he also tries to follow me. When I come from somewhere, he will be rounding me and looking at me. Seeing his happiness, I too get happy. I think to my self, did I mean so much to him! It’s very hilarious when playing the ball with him. He too tries to kick balls and when I dribble the ball, he tries to run around me and block me. That’s an exercise for me and him too when not much friends are there around to play. I have given him a nice little kennel and for warmth, I put lots of old clothes in it, where the toy dog clothes in it and cuddles for the warmth. I want to care my pet like it cares for me.
