I was attending a “Living with Satisfaction” course where I was told to do some acts that would please any animal. Dogs are my favourites for the simple reason that they are very human friendly. I thought what better way than to feed one of those stray dogs in the neighbourhood and derive fine satisfaction out of the act? Early morning I woke up, wrapped some biscuits and bread in a paper bag, and set upon my morning walk. While walking, my eyes were searching for a stray dog or two whom I can entice with the food. To my utter surprise, I could not find even one. Cursing my ill luck, I reached the park, where we do our daily exercises. There, as I entered, I found a dog sleeping in one of the self-made extra large dog beds out of the sand. I made a peculiar whistling to make it awake and then threw the biscuits and the bread in front of it. The dog, with its eyes only half open, just sniffed the food, and to my utter surprise, ignored them and quietly went back to its dog bed. I proceeded  to my exercising track, reconciled to the fact that allowing a dog to have its dreamy sleep is as satisfying as feeding it.
